產品註冊序號與續期註冊序號種類不符的原因

ESET NOD32 為切合不同用戶的需求,推出了不同組合的用戶套裝,更為非牟利機構及家庭用戶提供了價錢實惠的「個人版本」。在使用證到期後,亦提供了更新包以答謝用戶的一直支持。

但要留心的是,這些版本彼此是不通用的!在續期的時候,要選購與自己相對應的續期版本。一旦錯誤選購,便會在續期註冊時出現「續期註冊序號與原有產品序號種類不符」的錯誤訊息。

序號不符的原因
- 原本購買了「商業版本」,但購買了「個人版本」的更新包
- 原本使用了「試用版本」﹝三十天,九十天或OEM使用證﹞,但購買了更新包
- 原有的用戶數量與更新包的用戶數量不相同
- 組合不符,如企業版用戶購買了多用戶版的更新包

However, these packages are mutually mismatched! You should buy a corresponding renewal package to renew. Otherwise, a warning message will be prompted telling you that “The renewal serial number and serial number types are not matched.”

The causes of type mismatch:
- Commercial user bought a non-profit renewal package
- Trial user(30-day, 90-day, OEM) bought a non-profit renewal package
- The number of credited license is not equal to that of renewal one
- Package plan not matched. E.g. Enterprise package bought a multiuser renewal package.
